Why we exist
Ocean freight runs on twelve browser tabs and a spreadsheet.
Every carrier has its own portal, its own event names, and its own idea of what an ETA means. Somewhere in the middle sits a person whose job is to give one straight answer to one customer.
We built FrateZone for that person. One dashboard, 200+ carriers, real routes on a real map, and an alert when something moves. No seat licences, because visibility should not get more expensive when you hire.
We are majority operator-owned, backed by Thalos Capital, and headquartered in Burlington, Ontario.
What we believe

Price on value, not headcount
You pay per shipment. Adding a colleague to the workspace costs nothing, because it should not.
Ship it, then say it
Nothing appears on this site that is not live in the product. We would rather under-promise than run a roadmap as marketing copy.
