How do tracking credits work?
One credit tracks one shipment for its full journey, from booking to final delivery milestone. You are not charged again when the shipment updates.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits roll over month to month within that window.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Create an account free and explore a live demo sandbox with real routes. You only pay when you are ready to track your own shipments.
How many users can I add?
Unlimited on company accounts. Seats are free — your team shares one pool of tracking credits.
What counts as Enterprise?
Volumes of 250 or more shipments move you onto custom volume pricing, with invoicing, purchase orders, SSO and priority support.
Which carriers do you support?
More than 200 ocean carriers, including all major alliances. If a carrier publishes tracking, we read it.
Can I white-label the platform?
Yes. Company accounts can apply their own logo and colour palette and share the workspace with clients.
